What if I need to cancel a reservation?

• Sign into your account and follow instructions to cancel.
• You must cancel at least 4 hours ahead of class in order to avoid any late fees.
• We do not accept cancellations through email or phone, they are only guaranteed if done online in your account.

Out of respect for all of our members, please cancel at least four hours prior to the start of class. This allows us to accept wait-listed members into class in a timely manner when there is a cancellation. Cancellations occurring outside of the four hour early cancellation window will result in a charge to your account for one Flex Session or a $8 late fee if you have a Flex Unlimited account.
