While we do accept walk-ins, your spot is only guaranteed when reserved online using Mind Body Online .  Pick a class, create a free online account, and reserve your spot. It is that simple!


WEAR:  We recommend a tank or t-shirt, and form fitting pants or shorts for your first class. Be prepared to sweat, no matter what class you choose.

FUEL:  Be sure to hydrate your body before any fitness class. Try a light snack about 30 minutes before your class.

BRING: Wear your favorite gym shoes.  Our Indoor Cycling bikes are SPD (mountain bike cleat) compatible, and all have conventional cages as well for use with sneakers. Bring WATER. We will be hydrating before, during, and after all classes.



ARRIVE:  Please arrive about 15 minutes early.  If you are taking your first Indoor Cycling class, we will fit you to the bike, and familiarize you with all the “bells and whistles”.

EFFORT:  You will get what you put in to each class.  Our instructors are skilled at helping our beginners and experts enjoy and make the most out of each class.  Classes will be intense, but we encourage you to take it at your own pace and listen to your body.

ENVIRONMENT:  Expect a warm welcome from our regulars.  We are a fitness community that believes in encouraging each other.  This is not a gym where you will feel like the “newbie”.  We want you to have FUN.
