On Sunday August 31st we hosting our FIRST BIRTHDAY and member appreciation party, where we announced our new refer a friend program, offered free chair massages and photobooth shots, and gave away prizes including a 50″ TV, Starbucks Verismo Coffee Maker, tickers to the Andy Warhol Museum, and more! FIGHT LIKE A GIRL- A WOMAN’S BASIC SELF-DEFENSE COURSE to gain confidence and empowerment. No previous experience necessary. One hour session on Saturday July 19th from 11:45am-12:45pm for $15.00. Session will include managing distance. “finding your voice” in an intimidating situation as well as practical hands-on practice in self defense.

California Cycle Path Will Have A Float In The Parade Complete With Spin Bikes & Zumba Instructors. Parade Starts At 12pm and we will decorating float earlier that morning.
TRX Outdoor Insanity Is A Free Outdoor TRX/Interval Class That Will Be Taught @ Legion Park On Sunday June 8th From 1pm-2pm @ 3pm-4pm.
