FAQ How do I Sign Up?
  • Go to the schedule tab at CaliforniaCyclePath.com
  • The system will walk you through creating an account
  • At online checkout select “1st Ride Free” from the list of payment options to enjoy your first class at no risk or obligation
Do I have to sign up? Can I walk-in?
  • Only clients that sign up online ahead of time are guaranteed a bike.
  • You can walk-in, but you do at the risk of not having a bike. Signing up online expedites the entire process and guarantees your spot in class as long as you arrive by class start time.
  • If you are new and can not make it to an intro class, please allot 15 extra minutes ahead of class for the instructor to get you set up.
Can I take a tour first?
  • Come to an Intro class. It’s FREE
  • Get a studio tour, get fit to the bike, learn the bikes onboard computer, have all your questions answered.
  • There is no “coached ride” in intro, and it’s geared to anyone new to California Cycle Path, regardless of prior experience
  • Wear workout gear for set up
What kind of pedals do you have?
  • All of our pedals are SPD (mountain bike cleat) compatible, and all have conventional cages as well for use with sneakers
Will I be ok? I hear indoor cycling is very intense.
  • We welcome all levels at California Cycle Path, from novice to veteran.
  • As a cycling specific-studio the result is a safe, effective workout that anyone can feel welcome and become a veteran in no time.
What are your hours?
  • The studio is open during class times.

Do classes ever get cancelled?
  • If two people are not signed up online four hours ahead of time the class may be cancelled.
  • The online schedule is kept up to the minute with updates.
What if I need to cancel a reservation?
  • Sign into your account and follow instructions to cancel.
  • You must cancel at least 4 hours ahead of class in order to avoid being charged for the ride.
  • We do not take cancellations through email or phone only guaranteed if done online in your account.
