I have had a long journey with my weight loss. I am still on that journey and as of today I am down 332 pounds. Thanks to my great friend Alyssa (that’s us in the picture in a sweater that I used to not be able to wear at all) I was introduced to Larry and John. Their spin classes have made a huge difference in my endurance as well as stamina….oh and my legs look fabulous!!!

I am extremely proud and happy to announce that starting Tuesday February 18th I will be teaching Zumba classes at California Cycle Path. I have been a certified Zumba instructor for about 2 and half years now. I will be teaching on Tuesdays from 5 to 6pm and Sundays from 2 to 3 pm!!

What Is TRX Suspension???

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100s of exercises.

For example, with Free Motion technology, each bike has a small digital display showing the rider’s real time stats, exact resistance level and RPMs.

The instructor calls out exactly what the resistance and speed should be, and if the rider is matching that, it’s pretty much a slam dunk in terms of getting the workout and the results they want.
